This weekend was so nice. I enjoyed both Saturday & Sunday completely off! It was so nice since the past few weeks I've had to work on Saturday evening.
Yesterday we went geocaching with our good friends Grant & Mindy. We found the best caches! The first one was pretty easy - just hidden under a large rock. But the second was out in the middle of sagebrush. Mindy spotted something shiny sticking up out of a piece of dead sagebrush. Some sort of bolt. So we started unscrewing the sagebrush and thought the cache was in it somehow. But we got it off and that still didn't work.
Finally, Chris figured out that the bolt went though the sagebrush and started pulling onto it. It was screwed into a lid, which revealed a hole with the cache in it. Intense! Someone had to dig the hole, reinforce it, and screw a piece of sagebrush to the lid in order to conceal it but also help you find it. Crazy!
We found 4 other small ones and enjoyed a great lunch at Ice Harbor Brewery on Clover Island in Kennewick. It was a beautiful day! And we got to go to Saturday night church, which I love! I missed being there.
Today was a day of cleaning. Pretty much everything in our house needed dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, or some form of cleansing! Plus we did about 4 loads of laundry. Feels good to have all that accomplished but now I am tired! Time to relax and enjoy the rest of this weekend. I see ice cream in our future.

WOW! Busy, but sounds great! Spring does that to a person, huh?
