By Popular Demand!

Over the Balloon Rally weekend we had about 20 people for dinner at my grandma's house. It was a simple dinner - rotisserie chicken, a big pot of fresh garden green beans & bacon, salad, chips, and corn on the cob.

This is how we cooked the corn:
1. Husk your corn.
2. Place in a rinsed out clean cooler.
3. Fill with boiling hot water - enough to cover the corn. This took one electric tea kettle plus one large pot for our cooler.
4. Close the cooler and don't peek for at least 30 minutes. I believe ours was in a tad longer and came out great. I think this would depend on how many ears you were cooking - for 20 at least 30 minutes but this may take some trial & error.
5. Empty out hot water through your spout. Or very carefully through the lid.
6. Enjoy freshly steamed corn on the cob.

This would also work great for camping if you were not interested in roasting your corn over the campfire - but remember you need lots of hot water to start out with. It's a unique method and very easy. Anyone with a cooler can take this on!
