A few little updates...

I worked from 7-3am today (a first in a LONG time) and I do it again tomorrow so I'm trying to keep awake now so I can sleep tonight. I enjoy working in the morning but it's awfully hard to get up at 6am after months of waking up around 9am.

There are a lot of things going on around here that I want to share:

1. We are looking for a new place to live. We have decided to stick with our plan and not get tempted into looking for a house because we really can't afford it right now. We plan to pay off our debts and then start saving for a downpayment. So for now, we are looking into duplexes, condos, and rental houses. So far a few potentials - and hopefully a place soon as our lease is up at the end of April!

2. On the job front: Chris is still searching and has a couple prospects on the horizon but it is too early to know anything yet. Once we know, believe me I'll post.

3. Tinkerbell, after many trials and practices, has finally learned to shake! Except now, she gets so excited for a treat that she does all her tricks in a row instead of waiting for the command. So we are trying to have her do them at odd times so she'll learn to wait for the command. Today after our walk, I took her on the jungle gym in the park next to our complex. We went down a short slide and while she was scared at first she loved it and we went down 2 more times. I think she will make a great agility dog as she learns to be obedient and confident!

4. I am loving spring. I recently went outside and took some pictures of the flowering trees around our complex. I'm excited to post some once they are uploaded and edited. It's fun to be experimenting with our new camera.

5. Hopefully, if it's not to windy and doesn't take to long, we are going to get our portable BBQ set up tonight for some chicken. I am excited! I love that BBQ flavor. :)
