I made 12 layer jello inspired by my cousin Laura who provided the recipe. It was fun but time-consuming. It took about 4 hours total on Saturday waiting for all the layers to set and pouring new ones. Some of the layers were pretty thin too. I think next time I might try making it in an 8x8 pan instead of 9x13. Chris said it was like eating skittles!
I've been taking a lot of flower pictures lately with all the blooms happening. It's been fun to try out the new camera - I especially enjoy using the macro setting to get up close clear shots. I'm hoping to maybe produce some notecards from some of these pictures as well as the ones I took of the blossoming tree outside our apartment.
Overall a great Easter although we couldn't go outside without getting windblown so excuse our messy hair! The wind WILL NOT let up around here. It's getting really old. I want spring back.
